The Pozez JCC is taking additional COVID-19 protocols that we’ll need to adhere to during our clinics. They ask that you wear wear a mask at all times in the facility when outside of the water, and will require a photo ID for anyone above the age of 16 in order to enter the facility. The Pozez JCC requires your full name, address, and phone number in order to be added to their pre-clinic roster to be used when checking in. Please fill out these fields below to finalize your registration - you’ll be receiving an email with additional info/logistics for your registered clinic 1-2 days prior the the clinic date.
