#22 - The Cross Body Connection
All of the pieces of all four strokes work together to make up the entirety of the swimming pie. Your propulsive phase is important not only to propelling you through the water, but also because it sets up your recovery. And your recovery sets up your catch, but also needs to be done properly to prevent shoulder injuries. I can go on and on....and on, so let's just leave it at that and let you get to listening!
